Revisión taxonómica del género Cortesia (Ehretiaceae, Boraginales), un género endémico de la Argentina

Cortesia is a halophytic and monotypic genus endemic to Argentina that belongs Ehretiaceae (Boraginales). It morphologically distinct from the other members of family in having cuneate leaves with 3-dentate apex, an involucrum fused bracts, spatulate calyx lobes, white drupes two-parted endocarp. Its single species, cuneifolia, here treated illustrated based on study numerous herbarium collections. Additionally, lectotype designated for name assure its reliable application.
